The sales suite
Find the right people. Win them. Keep them.
Your customer book, people to reach, help on the call and a community of teams like yours, with an AI assistant across all of it. The CRM is free.
Between a spreadsheet and HubSpot
A CRM on steroids.
Without the setup project.
A spreadsheet is free, and it forgets. A big CRM remembers everything, and asks for a consultant, a seat for everybody and a vocabulary of its own before it gives anything back. Bamya sits between them on purpose: working the same day, remembering like a CRM, and doing the work a CRM leaves to you.
Four parts.
One assistant across them.
Have one, two or all of them. Each is fitted to the way your team sells: your campaigns, your stages, your answers. Never the other way round.
The CRM
Your customer book: companies as Prospect, Customer or Inactive, their people, and deals moving through your own stages to Won or Lost.
Free for one person
Leads
People to reach, from two sources: Researched Leads, found and researched by the Bamya team, and Personal Leads, your team's own LinkedIn network. Both are worked through campaigns.
Bamya Call
The assistant on the call: context before, help while you speak, notes after. Nothing joins the call, and the words stay as private as you decide.
The Community
Campaigns, deal pipelines, task collections and call templates shared by teams like yours. Use this makes a copy that is yours to change.
Help is on every page. It answers how to do something, finds and counts your records, opens the list it means, imports a spreadsheet, and prepares changes that happen only when you press Apply, with Undo after.
From a name
to a customer.
Everything in the suite sits on one road. Join it at the start or halfway: a lead, a business card, a list you already have.
Where people come from
Found, known or met
Researched Leads, found for you by the Bamya team. Personal Leads, the people your team already knows. Or straight into the CRM: a business card, a pasted profile, a spreadsheet, someone you met last week.
Working them
One step at a time
A campaign lines up the steps, each with its date, and the day's work is simply what is due. The draft window drafts the message; you send it yourself, from your own mailbox and LinkedIn.
The account
Prospect, deal, customer
Interest becomes a Prospect in the CRM. A deal moves through your stages, each bringing its tasks, to Won or Lost. A customer keeps its tasks, task collections and History.
Beside every step: tasks and the calendar, History, the call assistant and Help.
A card or a spreadsheet in.
Nothing doubled.
The Add window reads a photo of a business card, a pasted LinkedIn profile or an e-mail signature into a company and its person, and matches a spreadsheet's columns to the CRM's. You are working the same day.
Already have a list? Bring it, and carry on from where it left off.
Before anything is added
- Checked against everything you hold
- Across alphabets: Иван Петров finds Ivan Petrov
- Checked against your colleagues' connections
- Nothing you wrote is overwritten
records are dropped or archived, never lost
Nothing joins
the call.
No bot in the participant list, nothing to explain to the customer. Bamya Call works on the machine already in the call: any meeting tool, or a phone on speaker beside the laptop.
Lines to say out loud, advice on where to take it, and the write-up after, in sixty languages. It never states a price, a date or a promise nobody wrote down.
Your company's answerThe objection the customer just raised, answered with the answer your team wrote, rewritten for what they actually said. Every seller gives the best answer from day one.
Audio is never kept. Your organisation decides how long transcripts stay, down to local only, where the words never reach Bamya Call's servers and the server refuses any request that carries them. Transcription and the AI run in the EU.
AI that prepares.
You apply.
The assistant knows the list you are on and the rows you ticked. It shows what will happen, in numbers, before anything changes, and only your click changes it. What it costs is shown on every answer.
Tool access connects Claude, or any AI app that speaks MCP, to your account as you. Every screen has a matching tool with the screen's own words, so your AI and your team never disagree about what a button does.
Colleagues
in one place.
An organisation is one shared space. Ownership organises the work and never limits it.
What is owed
One list of what is due, for you, a colleague or everyone, as a list or a calendar your own calendar app can read.
Nobody locked out
A company has an Owner and a deal has its own. Anyone may pick up anything when a colleague is away.
One method
Shared objection lists, highlights and write-up templates, and a manager can follow a new seller's call live.
History
Who did what, the AI's actions included. Changes to many records are previewed first and can be undone.
The rules every part
runs on.
Said once here, and then shown on every screen.
